Dark Armageddon skies and seas
Rain lashing diamonds through the trees
Humming lamps above my head
Blurs chasing vision, blue and red
Exploding stars beyond the clouds
Cries for freedom, silent - - loud
Gray rooms with shadows questioning
Bells and whispers, Anklets -- Rings
Clocktowers and Conflagrations
Inundations, inspiration
Chaos spiraling into Order
Crash of metal, concrete, mortar
Not quite sleeping, not quite present
Eyelids flit to Luminescence
Hoodlums, vandals, young and crazed
Paint in cans to cure the aged
Apathy, daymares, synonyms
Bending to the social winds
Run and rhyme to maintain mood
Lunar patterns, nights to brood
Primal howls, Havoc packs
Youth is like a heart attack
On the bridge between two breaths
Haunting life and taunting death
Then gentle as the river flow
Gripping Tight.
Letting Go.
